My husband and I purchased a home from the mother & son team, Angela Horga and Steve West. Steve was patient as we worked through the various areas of the Valley where we were interested in purchasing. Steve showed us many homes throughout Scottsdale & Phoenix until we found one we would like to purchase. Steve was able to negotiate a lower sales price than listed as well as get us enough seller concessions to pay for all of our closing costs plus buydown our interest rate. Angela navigated the details of the executed purchase contract and the inspection report. She was our spokesperson with the inspector, title company and listing agent, making the transaction seamless. Angela & Steve make themselves available any time my husband or I had questions. I could not have asked for a better real estate team to help us purchase our new home.

I just wanna say…Angela and Steven mother and son team were amazing! They listened to me and my wants even when I was so stressed out and might or might not have cried thinking I would never find the perfect home for my family! Well, they did it. They found me a home everyone in my family LOVES. It took hours of negotiating but they did it for us! I appreciate everything they did for us and continue to do for us! We had some complications on closing day but Steven stayed with us for a long time to get it straightened out while Angela jumped thru hoops with the other agent to try to make everything right. My brother referred me to them and I so appreciate him and them! Thank you both so much and I will be referring anyone I can to you both!
